Recipe Of The Week - Zucchini Chips

If you're looking for a guilt-free snack that delivers BIG flavor, you're in the right place. These Basil Salted Zucchini Chips are air-fried to crispy perfection and seasoned with our all-natural, herbaceous Erry’thang Sauce Basil Salt—aka your new pantry MVP. They’re light, savory, and dangerously easy to eat by the handful. Perfect for snack time, game day, or even a fancy charcuterie moment.

Let’s shake ish up, shall we?

---

 Ingredients:

2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced (use a mandoline for best results)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Erry’thang Sauce Basil Salt (more to taste)

Optional: Grated parmesan or nutritional yeast for a cheesy finish

---

 Instructions:

1. Slice it thin:

Slice zucchini into ⅛-inch rounds. The thinner the slice, the crispier the chip!

2. Pat dry:

Use a paper towel to blot excess moisture—this helps avoid soggy chips.

3. Toss & season:

In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil and Basil Salt until evenly coated.

4. Air fry:

Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Watch closely toward the end to avoid burning.

5. Cool & crunch:

Let chips cool slightly—they’ll crisp up more as they sit. Sprinkle with a little more Basil Salt if you’re feeling bold.

---

 Pro Tips:

Want more crunch? Dust lightly with cornstarch before air frying.

No air fryer? Bake at 400°F for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway.

Dip these babies in ranch, hummus, or spicy mayo for an extra kick.
