Recipe Of The Week - Stuffed Hot Honey Salmon

If you’ve never stuffed salmon before… whew, get ready. This recipe brings together the sweet heat of Erry’thang Hot Honey, the bold flavor of Spicy Basil Salt, and a creamy filling that melts beautifully into every bite. It’s one of those meals that looks fancy but is actually super simple — and your dinner table will think you slaved all day.

Ingredients

For the Salmon

2 salmon fillets

1–2 tbsp Erry’thang Spicy Basil Salt

1–2 tbsp olive oil

For the Hot Honey Cream Cheese Filling

4 oz cream cheese (softened)

1–2 tbsp Erry’thang Hot Honey (more if you want it extra sweet-heat)

1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Sides (optional but recommended)

Steamed veggies

White or jasmine rice

A squeeze of fresh lemon

---

Instructions

1. Prep the salmon

Pat your salmon dry and drizzle lightly with olive oil.

Season generously with Spicy Basil Salt — this blend gives the salmon a garlicky, herby kick with just the right touch of heat.

2. Create the stuffing pocket

Using a sharp knife, slice each salmon fillet horizontally to create a pocket.

Don’t cut all the way through — think “stuffed chicken breast” style but with salmon.

3. Mix the filling

In a bowl, combine:

Cream cheese

Erry’thang Hot Honey

Lemon juice (optional)

Stir until smooth, creamy, and sweet-spicy.

Taste it… you’ll want to put this on ERRY’THANG.

4. Stuff the salmon

Use a spoon to pack the cream cheese mixture into the pocket you created.

Don’t worry if a little spills out — it gets even better while baking.

5. Bake it face-down

Place salmon face-down on a greased or parchment-lined baking dish.

This step is KEY because it crisps the skin into a delicious salmon skin chip — a chef’s kiss bonus bite.

Bake at 400°F (205°C) for 20 minutes, or until your salmon is fully cooked and slightly golden around the edges.

6. Plate and serve

Serve with rice and veggies for a complete dinner.

Spoon a little extra Hot Honey on top for shine and flavor.
