Recipe Of The Week - Spicy Garlic Street Corn

Street corn isn’t just food—it’s a memory. For Ladae, founder of Erry’thang Sauce, elotes was a staple of her childhood growing up on the vibrant streets of Chicago. Bring the bold flavors of Chicago-style street corn to your kitchen with this elevated twist on a childhood favorite.

Ingredients:

4 ears of corn, husked

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp sour cream

1 tbsp Erry’thang Sauce Spicy Garlic

1 tbsp lime juice

¼ cup crumbled cotija or feta cheese

1 tsp chili powder (optional)

Chopped cilantro and lime wedges for garnish

Instructions:

1. Grill corn until lightly charred on all sides, about 8–10 minutes.

2. In a bowl, mix mayo, sour cream, Spicy Garlic Sauce, and lime juice.

3. Slather mixture onto hot corn.

4. Sprinkle generously with cheese and chili powder.

5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.

Why It Works:
The heat from the Spicy Garlic Sauce complements the creamy base and tangy lime for an elevated elote experience.
