🛒 Ingredients:
- 2 bone-in or boneless pork chops
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp French Fyah Sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped scallions or parsley for garnish
🔥 Instructions
Air Fryer Method:
- Pat pork chops dry and rub with olive oil.
- Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Brush each chop generously with French Fyah Sauce, reserving a little for after cooking.
- Place in preheated air fryer at 375°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Grill Method:
