Ingredients
For the Chicken Wings:
- 2 lbs chicken wings (flats and drums)
- 1 tsp Erry’thang Spicy Basil Salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup buttermilk (or milk + 1 tsp lemon juice)
- 1 cup flour
- Vegetable oil for frying
For the Sauce Glaze:
- 1/2 cup Erry’thang Spicy Garlic Sauce
- 1 tbsp honey or agave (optional for balance)
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
Step 1: Season & Marinate
In a large bowl, season wings with Spicy Basil Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Add buttermilk and mix to coat. Let marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for max flavor!).
Step 2: Dredge & Fry
Heat oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Dredge wings in flour and shake off excess. Fry in batches for 8–10 minutes until golden and crispy. Place on a wire rack or paper towels to drain.
Step 3: Glaze 'Em Up
In a small saucepan, heat Spicy Garlic Sauce, honey (if using), and butter. Stir until warmed and combined. Toss hot wings in the sauce until fully coated.
Step 4: Serve with Style
Pile wings high on a platter and sprinkle lightly with Spicy Basil Salt for an extra pop. Serve with ranch, blue cheese, or eat ‘em solo—they’re that good.
These wings are crispy, saucy, and packed with heat and flavor from Erry’thang Sauce’s signature blends. One bite and your taste buds will be begging for more. Whether for dinner or the big game, they’ll be the star of the table!
