Ingredients


12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta


2 tbsp olive oil


1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved


1 small zucchini, diced


1 small red bell pepper, chopped


2 cups fresh spinach leaves


½ red onion, thinly sliced


2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions


1. Cook pasta:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook bowtie noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

 

2. Sauté veggies:
